Account Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your Pets & Vets account, please email us using the registered email address on your account. Include the following details so we can verify and process your request:

• Your full name as registered in the app
• The email address linked to your Pets & Vets account
• Your username (if known)
• The subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• A short confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

Once your request is verified and processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:

• Your account profile, name, email, phone number, and profile photo
• All registered pet profiles, photos, and health records
• Your appointment history and uploaded payment screenshots
• Posts, comments, and likes you created in the community forum
• Private chat messages associated with your account
• Notification records and any cached personal data

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — once completed, your data cannot be restored
• If you have pending appointments, please cancel or complete them before requesting deletion
• Outstanding payment or commission disputes should be resolved before account closure
• You may also exercise other privacy rights (access, update, portability) by contacting the same email
